HELIUM FOR METEOROLOGICAL PROGRAMS - K0020-200020/A
This is a request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of helium in individual cylinders and carts, as and when requested. This requirement will serve five (5) upper-air and/or meteorological stations and the Montreal warehouse of Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Meteorological Programs in the Quebec region.
The RISO will cover a period of thirty-six (36) months from date of issuance with the option of two (2) additional one year periods and will include the following three items:
ITEM 1, HELIUM - 99.99% PURE OR BETTER
ITEM 2, CYLINDER AND TRANSPORT CART - LEASE
ITEM 3, TRANSPORT COST PER STATION
This procurement may be subject to the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (JBNQA), Inuit Portion of JBNQA for deliveries to Inukjuak, QC (J0M 1M0) and Kuujjuaq, QC (J0M 1C0) and the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (JBNQA), Cree Portion of JBNQA for delivery to La Grande IV, QC (J0Y 2X0).
