Nature of Requirements:
Description:
To supply Hepatitis B Vaccine, as-and-when requested to various
federal, provincial and territorial (F/P/T) consignees as part
of the F/P/T Group Purchasing Program from April 1, 2015 to
March 31, 2016.
Any resulting contracts will include an irrevocable option to
extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one
(1) year period under the same conditions.
Estimated Quantities:
Hepatitis B adult: 351,434 doses
Hepatitis B pediatrics: 279,543 doses
Options:
Canada reserves the right to purchase a minimum of 75% of the
maximum total estimated quantity of each item at the Contract
prices and subject to the Contract conditions.
Subject to the mutual agreement of the Contractor and Canada,
users may be added to the list of Identified Users and will be
entitled to the level of service and quality of the work at a
price not to exceed the Contract price and subject to the same
conditions of the Contract.
Delivery:
Orders against the Contract will be made as-and-when requested
by the Contracting Authority during the period of the Contract.
Unless otherwise indicated, delivery must be made within seven
(7) calendar days from receipt of an order from the Contracting
Authority.
Stockpile:
The Contractor will maintain a minimum stockpile of 20% finished
stock (stored in Canada and released by BGTD) of the maximum
total estimated quantity for each item awarded in the Contract
at all times during the period of the Contract.
Canada and PWGSC as Agent
This requirement is for the Federal/Provincial/Territorial
(F/P/T) Group Purchasing Program for Drugs and Vaccines. Canada
is acting as a purchasing agent for Provincial and/or
Territorial Governments.
Delivery Date: 17/11/2014
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
