Notice of Amendment 001This amendment is raised to:1. Publish Canada’s response to questions raised by suppliers up to August 22, 2026; and2. Amend the solicitation documents to reflect changes to Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses, Sub-section 6.3 - Warranty.

Notice of Proposed ProcurementShared Services Canada (SSC) has a requirement for HPE Hardware, Software and Maintenance and Support, or equivalent, on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), for delivery to a location in  Victoria, British Columbia, as outlined in the attached Request for Quotations. This process is intended to result in the award of one contract for the delivery of goods and/or services. The Contract period includes the initial contract period, which includes the period for delivery, acceptance and warranty. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of bids is open to Canadian suppliers and to suppliers of an applicable trading partner.A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex A – List of Deliverables and Pricing. Canada retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Please refer to the Request for Quotations document for the complete details regarding this requirement including the mandatory criteria, evaluation criteria and basis of selection. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Contracting Authority’s email.
