HQ1265CO - Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting Contractor’s having experience in preconstruction services and construction of new multi-story storage, administrative, vehicle maintenance and training facilities or other similar facilities, incorporating energy saving, to submit Technical Proposals and Offers of Service, which meet or exceed the requirements specified in the Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) documents for preconstruction and construction of the new West Coast Depot to be located in Victoria, BC
The purpose of this Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) is to select one (1) qualified Contractor who will then sign an Agreement with DCC.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) document. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise, and approach and methodology. The highest ranking firm selected through the evaluation process, including a factor for the price element, will be invited to negotiate an Agreement with DCC.
The Construction Cost Limit for this project is $29.6 Million (CY$). This Cost Limit cannot be exceeded.
This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The security requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP document.
