Tender description
DND has a requirement for a Software as a Service solution in the form of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) accelerators and patterns and accompanying professional services to support the definition, acceleration, and validation of an end-to-end Integrated Services Platform, leveraging ServiceNow as the enterprise experience layer for civilian and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) HR service delivery. All Work will be delivered in Ottawa, Ontario.
