This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides
procurement service to the public in English
REQUIREMENT:
For the provision of packaged motor oil, lubricants, antifreeze,
and related products, as required, to the Department of National
Defence, CFB Edmonton, Edmonton, Alberta, during the period from
date of issue to 30 September, 2015.
The Successful Offeror must be able to deliver to CFB Edmonton
within 72 hours of request.
Offerors should provide, with their offer or promptly
thereafter, a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Offeror. If such a list has not been
received by the time the evaluation of offers is completed,
Canada will inform the Offeror of a time frame within which to
provide the information. Failure to provide such a list within
the required time frame will render the offer non-responsive.
Offerors must always submit the list of directors before
issuance of a standing offer.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
