To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the
provision of Bulk Oils as detailed in Annex "A" and where the
maximum order quantity is 600 litres, on an "as and when
requested" basis, for the Department of National Defence at
Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton, Ontario, Canada.
Period of Standing Offer will be for one (1) year from 1 April,
2013 to 31 March, 2014 with the option to extend the Standing
Offer for one additional period of one year.
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) Standing Offer
as a result of this Request for Standing Offer.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT) and the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
