There is currently an incumbent in this position. The services
were provided through contract G9088-120001/001/XN, awarded to
CompuAids Inc. (o/a Enterprise Systems and Solutions Group) on
June 15, 2012 for 1 year plus 2 option periods of 1 year each.
The Total Estimated Cost of the Contract, including option
periods, is $732,240.00.

TBIPS REQUIREMENT

Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) has a
requirement for one I.11 Technology Architect - Solution
Architect, to assist ESDC in providing technical leadership in
architecture, design, integration and implementation of the
interoperability framework and governance process underlying the
enterprise Services Oriented Architecture (SOA), Business
Process Management (BPM) and Portal solutions. The resource will
work closely with Interoperability Team architecture specialists
in the BPM, Portal, and SOA domains to define and execute IT
strategies, solutions architecture, service-oriented
architecture, and integration approaches.

Eligibility to bid

Only selected TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for
Tier 1 in the National Capital Region under the EN578-055605/E
series of SAs are invited to compete. SA Holders may not submit
a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been
invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish
to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to
request an invitation at any time prior to five days before the
published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to
that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the
efficient operation of the procurement system. In no
circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a
bid closing date. The following SA Holders have been initially
invited to bid on this requirement. Where additional
invitations are made during the bid solicitation process, it may
be that they are not reflected in a solicitation amendment:
