Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for the general construction renovation of the existing buildings located at Port au Choix National Historic Site.
The work covered under this project consists of furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment hardware and materials compliant in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions contained therein.
Proponents shall be licensed to practice in the province of Newfoundland.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on October 4, 2016 at 10:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at:

Safety boots and hat will be required.
Bids Security is required.
Contractors must have at minimum $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage and Builder’s Risk.
Delivery Date: Construction must be completed by December 2016.
