This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W8485-11IMTG/A dated August 10, 2011 with a
closing of October 5, 2011 at 2:00 p.m Eastern Daylight Savings
Time.

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement
of the Department of National Defence to assist both the
Directorate of Aerospace Equipment Program Management (DGAEPM)
and the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) in preparing data,
business practices and documents. These services are required
to support RCAF Business Transition activities. A team comprised
of core and non-core resources will provide requirements
identification and validation, general project support, data
preparation, and change management services. It is intended to
result in the award of a contract for two years, plus one
additional one-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend
the term of the contract.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile
Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the
Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-Panama Free
Trade Agreement.
