Nature of Requirements:
Provide to Canada SEMTEX Inert Plastic Explosives - Simulant
(SIPE-S) with the same physical properties/characteristics as
SEMTEX explosive on an if, as, and when requested basis over the
period from contract award date to March 31, 2019. The Bidder
must offer to sell, during the period of the resulting contract,
up to 84 Kilograms (kg) of bulk SIPE-S and up to 60 sheets of
SIPE-S measuring 8.5"x11"x10mm.
The requirement is on an aggregate basis and the Bidder must bid
for the entire requirement.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
