This building is a highly visible office building for Parks Employees located in the centre of the Headquarters Area within the Fundy National Park. The Primary objective of this project is to recapitalize the Fundy National Park (FNP) Administration building to address code compliance and deferred maintenance issues. The building was built in 1951 and is in a poor state of repair. Visitor complaints for the state of the exterior of the building have been received by Parks Canada.
The building’s life is to be extended for another 15 years with minimal maintenance requirements. Design is to follow principals already implemented in recently completed FNP facilities.
Note: The Architectural & Interior Design Supply Arrangement is subject to an annual refresh. If you wish to become a Qualified SA Holder, please contact Isabelle MacDonald at i••••••••@•••••.••.ca
