JR Smallwood Building Interior Renovations - HRSDC - Corner
Brook, NL
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
requirement for Interior Renovations at the JR Smallwood
Building in Corner Brook, NL. Work under this contract includes
the relocation of the HRSDC office from the 4th floor to the 3rd
floor of the JR Smallwood Building. Work also includes the
demolition of the 4th floor space and includes all
architectural, mechanical, electrical, voice and data.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
It is recommended that the Bidder, or a representative of the
Bidder, visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for an
optional site visit to be held at the JR Smallwood Building, 1
Regent Street, Corner Brook, on Wednesday, October 22, 2014.
The site visit will begin at 10 am in the main lobby of the
building. Anyone interested in attending the site visit is
asked to contact the RPC Contracting Officer in advance at (709)
772-8192. If no interested is received then the site visit will
be cancelled.
Bidders must refer to the General Instructions - Construction
Services - Bid Security Requirements - R2710T (2014-09-25) for
the Integrity Provisions (Code of Conduct and Certification)
applicable to this requirement.
