Requirement: The Department of National Defence requires the services of a printing company to print the bi-weekly Canadian Forces Base Comox newspaper, known as the Totem Times in accordance with the requirement attached.
Period of Contract: The contract is for a one-year period with the option to extend for 2 additional one-year periods.

Debriefings: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
