The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for the provision, packaging and delivery of 103,000 copies (103 boxes) of forms entitled “Customs Postal Import Form” #E14 (Rev.14/03), all in accordance with the Statement of Work, attached hereto as Annex “A” and forming part of this RFP and any resulting contract.
