REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
PRINTERS, AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSING (BAR CODE LABEL PRINTERS -
DIRECT THERMAL / THERMAL TRANSFER) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC
Requirement:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the supply and delivery of twenty (20) bar code label printers -
direct thermal / thermal transfer, including USB cable
accessories, to Montreal, Quebec. These units will be used
indoors to support inventory tracking of equipment and material
assets.
This requirement includes an option to purchase up to an
additional one hundred (100) units, including USB cable
accessories, during period of the contract.
Printers may be subject to compatibility testing prior to
Contract Award.
The period of the contract is from date of Contract Award to
March 31, 2015.
There are no security requirements associated with this
requirement.
This requirement is subject to provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT), the North American Free Trade Agreeemnt
(NAFA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, the
Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Peru Free
Trade Agreement.
