The solicitation describes a requirement for the services from qualified consultants to review, refine, and enhance its existing draft Inclusive Talent Acquisition Strategy. The successful proponent will assess and integrate current corporate initiatives, including the Accessibility Plan, kâ-nâsihcikêwin Indigenous Framework, 2SLGBTQIAP+ Action Plan, and IDEA commitments, into a cohesive five-year Inclusive Talent Acquisition Strategy. The services will include the development of strategic recommendations, an implementation roadmap, performance measures, executive-ready materials, and a final strategy document to support inclusive talent acquisition and workforce planning practices.
The term of the contract is to be for a period of 4 months, with an option in favour of the City to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for another 3 months.
