This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Work-Stream
Stream 6: Financial and Accounting Services, against
Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement
(E60ZG-060004)

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

For the provision of an independent review of the project
assumptions and costs included in the Department of National
Defence's Next Generation Fighter Capability (NGFC) Annual
Update to Parliament.

DURATION OF THE CONTRACT

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to January
31, 2014 inclusive and Canada will have the irrevocable option
to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional
1-year periods under the same conditions.

Note: The work to be performed will happen only for a specific
amount of time (approximately 60 days) following the costing
information from the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JSF).

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

1. The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the
performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid
Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, with
approved Document safeguarding at the level of SECRET, issued
by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public
Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

2. The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to
CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must
EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of
SECRET, granted or approved by the CISD, PWGSC.

3. Processing of CLASSIFIED information electronically at the
Contractor/Offeror's site is NOT permitted under this
Contract/Standing Offer.

4. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to
be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.

5. The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of
the:

(a) Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if
applicable), attached at Annex C;
(b) Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).
