This procurement is subject to the National Security Exception and is, therefore, excluded from all of the obligations of the trade agreements.
This Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) is an invitation to prospective Bidders to submit proposals for the provision of automated consumer credit information, as part of the security screening process on requested individuals. The Bidder must be capable of providing all the services described in the Statement of Work (SoW).
One contract will be awarded to the bidder who meets all mandatory requirements and has the lowest average weighted query price as detailed in the solicitation documents.
The Proposed contract period will be for two (2) years from date of any resulting contract, with Canada retaining irrevocable options to extend the contract period for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.

NOTES TO BIDDERS:
1. Bidders must meet all the mandatory requirements detailed in the solicitation document.
2. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
3. Canada retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
4. Canada retains the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.
5. This solicitation document is available only in PDF format.
6. Should there be any discrepancies between the wording of this notice and the Request For Proposal (RFP), the RFP wording shall prevail.
