Infrastructure - Invitation to Bid - EDSON - Tourist Information Centre Rest Area Replace Washroom Fixtures and Related Accessories

The intent of this Adjusted Price bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to perform the following Work:

1) Replace the washroom fixtures in the men’s, women’s, and gender neutral washrooms.
2) Replace the finishes (floors, walls, washroom partitions) in the men’s, women’s, and gender neutral washrooms.
3) Replace the furnace and domestic water heater located in the mechanical attic space, including all associated ductwork, venting, and plumbing.
4) Replace select domestic plumbing and sanitary plumbing as indicated in the contract drawings.
5) Replace lighting fixtures and receptacles as indicated in the contract drawings.
