After evaluation the following four (4) Submission(s) were shortlisted in response to a public Request for Qualifications which closed on July 22, 2025.

3.SHUNDA CONSULTING AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT LTD.
4.STANLEY CONSTRUCTION LTD.
Invitational tender was invited from the above referenced shortlisted Respondents. Chandos Construction LP backed out in the midst of the invitational tender process.
Received three bids from remaining three invitational bidders.
All Bids were evaluated upon the Bid closing date and found to be compliant with the following exceptions:
Krawford Construction Company Inc. was found to be non-compliant for the following reasons:
Initially only Bid Form was submitted before 14:00 hours without any Bid Bond. Second email was received after 14:00 hours with the Bid Bond.
The initial bid submission is incomplete; the bid submission in its entirety was received after the bid closing time.
Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders
Article 2 – Bid Submission, Item 2.2.2 read as follows:
