Infrastructure - Notice of Award - SOW - Project Development and Management Consultant Services for New 7-12 Catholic and Public High School in West Edmonton

The Province is delivering two school projects on a single site located at 17635–76 Avenue NW, consisting of a new 7–12 Catholic and Public high school with a combined 1,260‑student capacity and a total building area of 10,806 m², delivered through an estimated 28‑30-month Design‑Build model. The Project Delivery Consultant (PDC) will provide strategic support throughout construction, including oversight of delivery performance, schedule monitoring, quality and risk management, and coordination with key stakeholders. The PDC’s role is focused on enabling efficient execution and ensuring successful, on‑time delivery of both the Catholic and Public high schools.
