The procurement and delivery strategy for the Edmonton Recovery Community is currently under development. The Fairness Consultant shall act as an independent third party and monitor the procurement process for compliance with the procurement documents, approved evaluation framework, governance and communication protocols provided by Alberta Infrastructure, and the principles of fairness, openness, transparency, consistency, and equal treatment. The Fairness Consultant shall report directly to Alberta Infrastructure and provide independent observations and findings throughout the procurement.
