This project is a Grade 9-12 school delivered by Infrastructure for the Peace Wapiti School Division in Clairmont, Grande Prairie County No. 1, Alberta. The school will have an opening capacity of 1,225 students with potential future expansion capacity (either permanent or modular) of 1,425 students and a programmed gross floor area of 11,395 m2. The Province has retained a Bridging Consultant to complete the schematic design and Development Permit submission to the County of Grande Prairie No. 1, and to develop the Minimum Material Requirements and Additional Performance Requirements that will define the Project's technical, functional, and performance expectations. These Bridging Documents will be provided to shortlisted Proponents during the Request for Proposals (RFP) stage of the procurement process to guide the development of Design-Build submissions.
The Bridging Documents are intended to establish the minimum design and performance standards required by the Province, while allowing Proponents the flexibility to propose innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet or exceed those standards.
