HUMAN RESOURCES APPLICATION TRANSFORMATION INITATIVE - UPDATED
Request for Information related to proposed MANDATORY
REQUIRMENTS.

Further to the Request for Information (RFI) pertaining to the
HUMAN RESOURCES APPLICATION TRANSFORMATION INITATIVE (HRATI),
the Government of Canada is seeking input on revisions made to
proposed mandatory requirements for industry participation. The
changes are based on feedback received from industry during the
RFI process. The proposed mandatory requirements were listed in
Annex D section 4, Mandatory Corporate Technical Experience
Requirements of the RFI (the original RFI is attached to this
posting).

The Government of Canada is seeking feedback from industry on
the following subject matter:
(i) The ability to meet anticipated (draft) mandatory
evaluation criteria in Annex D. Mandatory Corporate Technical
Experience Requirements.

The attached RFI-2 document contains markups which show the
changes that have been made to the proposed mandatories.
Suppliers should only comment on Annex D. No other comments will
be reviewed. Responses should be made in writing to the contract
authority listed below. Canada will contact suppliers for
follow-up at its discretion.

Suppliers should note that the proposed procurement will take
place in two phases (noted in the original RFI). Only suppliers
that meet the mandatory requirements (as proposed in Annex D)
will be invited to bid on the final RFP.

National Security Exception:
The procurement related to this initiative will be subject to a
National Security Exception and excluded from all of the
obligations of the trade agreements.
