Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Inspection, Testing and Minor Repair (ITM) Services of Fire Detection and Suppression Systems:Project No ABIMT21, Cold Lake, Edmonton, Suffield, Wainwright, Alberta In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish four (4) Service Contracts to provide “as and when required” inspection, testing and minor repair services for fire detection and suppression systems, specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements in Cold Lake, Edmonton, Suffield and Wainwright, Alberta.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select one (1) firm who will sign four (4) separate Service Contracts with DCC, one for each region. The selected firm will be the one with the highest total score.The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.The ITM service contract will be for a period of 2 years and 10 months. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional three (3) year periods beyond the initial period.
