This requirement is for the supply, delivery and installation of
two Mail Inserters/Envelopers for use in the Edmonton and
Victoria Offices.
REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION
HRSDC Service Canada has a requirement for the supply, delivery
and installation of two (2) Mail Insterters/Envelopers as
detailed in Annex A, Requirement.
This requirement includes a three (3) year on-site warranty and
requires 4 hours of on-site operator training for up to 10 staff
at each location.
Service contract to be in place from March 30, 2012 until March
31, 2015
Bidders must propose a system meeting the minimum mandatory
specifications detailed in Annex A of the Request for Proposal.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
DELIVERY
Delivery is required to Edmonton, AB and Victoira, BC no later
than March 30, 2012.
EVALUATION METHODOLOGY
Bidders must comply with all of the requirements of the bid and
will be required to meet or exceed a set of minimum mandatory
specifications to be declared responsive. The responsive bid
with the Lowest Total Evaluated Cost will be recommended for
award of the contract.
