Amendment No. 002 is raised to:

1) Change the solicitation closing date - from November 06,
2013 at 14:00 EDT to
November 06, 2013 at 14:00 EST.

2) Change the Delivery Required (Desirable) - Firm Quantity -
from December 20, 2013
to February 28, 2014.

Amendment No. 001 is raised to extend the solicitation closing
date from October 23, 2013 to November 06, 2013 at 14:00 EDT.

Requirement
This requirement is to provide the Department of National
Defence with Canada Flag Shoulder Patches. The shoulder patches
must be manufactured in accordance with the Design Data List
DDL 8486-138323 dated 13-05-14, specifications and technical
supplement at Annex B and sealed pattern.

Delivery to the DND in Montreal, Quebec and Edmonton, Alberta

Firm Quantity
A firm quantity of 182,000 pairs must be delivered complete by
December 20, 2013.

Option Quantities - Estimated
This requirement also includes two (2) options to purchase
additional estimated quantities of
45,500 pairs to 182,000 pairs.

Option 1 is exercisable within 24 months from contract award.
Option 2 is exercisable within 36 months from contract award.

Technical Data
Technical Data shall be automatically issued, under separate
cover, upon request for the bid documentation. Therefore, it is
imperative that this request for bid documentation be done as
soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the associated
Technical Data. Notwithstanding the above, the Crown shall not
be held responsible for untimely release of technical data,
since the Technical Data Package and sealed patterns shall be
available for viewing at the following Department of Publics
Works and Government Services Regional Offices:

Enquiries:
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
