Requirement: To supply labour, plant, materials,
transportation, storage, and equipment required to provide
inspection and cleaning of
(1) gas fired forced air heating units
(2) gas fired hot water tanks in houses
(3) sump pumps
(4) back check valves
(5) carbon Monoxide/smoke alarms
(6) HRV systems in houses; and
(7) air conditioning
b. The work also includes inspection of all connected ductwork,
flue vents, and chimneys.
c. This work is to be carried out at residential housing units
at Uplands, Ottawa, Ontario as per Annex C - List of Addresses.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
