This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number Doc5658524200 dated May 14, 2026 with a closing of June 10, 2026 at 2 pm ET.The Real Properties Operations Unit (RPOU) Detachment Borden at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden requires a Contractor to deliver a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) Service Program to its Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (POL) facilities located in Borden, Ontario and to its satellite locations, including CFB Meaford, and armouries located in Barrie and Owen Sound. The Contractor will deliver semi-annual inspections and reports, and on an “as and when required” basis, provide deficiencies lists, and service calls, supply and deliver repairs, replacements, and / or installations and storage tank systems inspections. All work must strictly comply with the applicable rules, codes, and standards referenced in the Statement of Work. There are security requirements associated with this solicitation of offers.Amendment 001: Extend posting to July 30, 2026.
