Installation & Servicing of Pumps & Associated Piping and
Components, Various Buildings CFB Gagetown
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO).
This Standing Offer is for the furnishing of all labour,
materials, tools and equipm,ent required for the installation
and servicing of pumps and associated piping and components at
CFB Gagetown, Oromocto, New Brunswick. The period of the
Standing Offer will be from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2015. All
work is to be performed in accordance with the Specification No.
L-G2-9900/1598 forming part of the bid document.
All work performed on petroleum pumps and equipment shall be
done by a New Brunswick Department of Environment (NBDOE)
Licensed Petroleum Installer. Proof of license is required prior
to award of Standing Offer. Welders employed under this Standing
Offer Agreement shall be licensed in New Brunswick to the level
required for the type of work, material and pressures applicable
to each job.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: $100,001.00 - $250,000.00 (HST extra). Bid
security is not a requirement for this tender.
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
