Nature of Requirements:
This amendment is being raised to change the closing date from
March 13, 2014 at 2pm to March 20, 2014 at 2pm.
PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.011800.035, Pathway Installation,
Parliament Hill, 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON
Project description: The scope of work includes excavation of
the existing granular pathway between piers 3 and 33, install
owner supplied limestone pavers per patterns and tolerances
specified in the drawings, install asphalt paving and improve
drainage by installing new trench drains to nearby catch basins.
Work is to be completed within six (6) weeks after contract
award.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on February 27, 2014 at 10 am.
