IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS
The Drawing and Specifications are not on buy and sell du to security requirement. All the individuals who wants to submit a bid must hold a security clearance of Reliability. To obtain the Drawings and Specifications, the bidder must send company name, address, Procurement Business Number (PBN) and the « Confidentiality Agreement» (Annex D) completed not later than August 28, 2020 at 12:00. The Drawing and Specifications will be sent after verification of reliability status.
DESCRIPTION
The main objective of the project is to replace the entire existing surveillance camera system with a new digital technology system. The project includes the construction of a new secure recording room and a new telecommunications distribution network will have to be installed in new ducts throughout the site. Once the new camera system is operational, the old camera system will have to be dismantled.
