To access the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) documents, it is mandatory that both the Confidentiality Agreement and the Non-Disclosure Agreement be duly signed. Upon receipt of the executed agreements, you will be invited to participate in the RFSO solicitation process. At that time, you will be granted access to the relevant documentation and will be eligible to submit your offer.
