Supply Arrangement (SA)
A Supply Arrangement (SA) is a method of supply where the
client(s) submits a request to Public Works and Government
Sercices (PWGSC) who, under the framework of the Arrangement,
may solicit bids from a pool of prescreened vendors. An SA is
not a contract and neither party is legally bound as a result of
the signing of the SA document. The intent of the SA is to
establish a framework to permit the expeditious processing of
legally binding contracts for goods or services. SA's include a
minimum set of terms and conditions which apply to each contract
and they are issued by Public Works and Government Services
Canada.
Requirement
To establish a Supply Arrangement to pre-qualify contractors
capable of providing services for Parachute Instructors. It is
the intention to use the resulting list of contracts to solicit
competititve bids for courses to provide training to Military
Freefall Parachutists (MFP).
A list of qualified contractors will be created and PWGSC will
request Contractors to provide a quotation on specific
requirements.
Period of Supply Arrangement will be from date of issue to 30
April 2018.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
