This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is for a qualified service provider with the facilities, capacity, resources, instructor and personnel to train on specialized parachuting capability, specifically on the Special Operations Vector 3 Tandem sigma (SOV3 TS) tandem parachute system.
The Identified user is the Department of National Defence (DND).
The service will be required on an “if and when” requested basis. The first training is required between the time frame of 8th - 27th May 2017.
The period of the Standing Offer will be from date of the Standing Offer issuance for a period of one (1) firm year with two (2) one (1) year option periods.
Training must be conducted at the Offeror’s facility.
There is no security requirement.
The requirement is subject to the North American Free Trade Agreement and the Agreement on Internal Trade.
For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
