Nature of Requirements:
The Department of National Defence requires band instruments and cases, they are located at 4 CDSB Petawawa Technical Services, LPO Supply, Garrison, Toronto ON M3K 0A1. The instruments and cases must be delivered or available for pick-up on or before March 31, 2016.
The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory technical evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Inquires received after that time may not be answered.
