Nature of Requirements:
The Department of National Defence requires muscial instruments and parts, they are to be delivered to CFSTG MLS Supply, BLDG O-111-247 Cambrai Road, Borden ON L0M 1C0. The instruments and parts must be delivered or available for pick-up on or before March 31, 2016.
The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory technical evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Inquires received after that time may not be answered.
Delivery Date: 28/03/2016
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
