Nature of Requirements:
The Department of National Defence requires trumpets and cases for the Governor General’s Horse Guards (GGHG), located at 1 Yukon Lane, Toronto, ON M3K 0A1. The instruments and cases must be delivered or available for pick-up on or before March 31 2016.
The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory technical evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting docume
ntation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority
no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Inquires received after that time may not be answered.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
