The Department of National Defence, Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) has the requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply of miscellaneous grocery, Meat, Poultry, Fish, Dairy Products, Fresh Produce, and Fresh Bakery Products on an "as requested" basis. Products must be available at vendor location or a vendor pick-up location within 5 kms of Inuvik,NWT.
Offeror must be able to facilitate the pickup of orders by Government of Canada vehicles (Cargo Van) at their premises. The vans do not require a loading dock, nor will they accommodate pallets, forklifts or pallet jacks.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
This requirement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements (CLCAs);
a) The Inuvialuit Final Agreement; and
b) The Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement
