Environment Canada requires the services of a contractor to identify, obtain, review, summarize and organize information and information gaps relevant to management planning by the ACMC for Dewey Soper MBS.
If you are interested, please send in your proposal to participate in an open competition for the project entitled “Inventory of Documents and Identification of Information Gaps Relevant to the Management of Dewey Soper Migratory Bird Sanctuary” in accordance with the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) for this project.
This requirement is set aside for Aboriginal Suppliers in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business.

Proposals will be evaluated in terms of Best Value, further defined in the Evaluation Criteria attached.

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM (MDT) on 30 June 2013. Proposals received after that date and time will be deemed unresponsive, and returned.
All enquiries and other communications with government officials throughout the bid solicitation and evaluation period are to be directed in writing to the Contracting Authority only. Non-compliance with this condition may be sufficient reason for bid disqualification.
