The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), through the Canadian Forces Health Services Group (CF H Svcs Gp), has a requirement for Audiometric Screening Booths. The CF H Svcs Gp will require an initial purchase of 15 Audiometric Screening Booths to be delivered on or before six (6) weeks from date of Contract, with an option to purchase up to an additional 10 on or before 31 March 2019. Delivery will be to Central Medical Equipment Depot (CMED) at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Petawawa.
