IMPORTANT NOTICE TWO PHASE SELECTION PROCESS This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The qualification list will expire within 60 days or upon award of a contract in Phase Two, whichever is earlier, and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation. Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans – Small Craft Harbours has a requirement for the reconstruction of the existing timber crib finger pier in Margaree, NL. All interested suppliers are invited to submit a qualification form. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $1,000,001 to $5,000,000. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, N.S. B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Reference the solicitation for further details.
