All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 12 November 2024 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. In support of ECCC programs, AQRD requires an online Dual Gas Chromatography System with an Electron Ionization - Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer (GC-EI-TOF-MS) for measuring Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) both in the laboratory and in the field.
