The Objective of this contract is for the contractor to supply and deliver a communications system that allows through the water communications for two field teams of divers to operate in separate locations. A field team of divers consists of 4 people, a surface-based dive supervisor who needs a surface communications box (defined below) and transducer, two in water divers and a surface standby diver who each require an earpiece with a speaker for each ear, a push to talk capable microphone and a diver mounted transceiver.
All the deliverables must be received on or before29 MARCH 2024.
