Environment and Climate Change Canada-Burlington, Ontario requires a research buoy system that could be deployed in northern fresh waters that is compatible with sensors and probes ad described in the Annex Requirement. The RFP is for 1 Buoy system delivered on or before by March 20 2025. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2024-11-20 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
