This Request for Quotations KC2026-020-RFQ-Heavy Equipment Operator-Equipment
Rentals replaces the previously issued RFQ KC2026-017-RFQ, which was cancelled by the
College without award. The College has reviewed its operational requirements and revised certain
aspects of the procurement to encourage broader market participation and improve value.
Respondents are encouraged to carefully review the revised requirements, pricing schedule, and
scope of work, as previous submissions will not be considered.
The College requires rental agreements for two (2) pieces of heavy earth moving equipment for
its Heavy Equipment Operator training program.
