Work of this contract comprises of the demolition of the
existing segregation yards including foundations and general
construction of new larger segregation yards enclosures with
dividing wall, as specified in the specification and drawings.

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.
to examine the scope of work and visit existing site conditions.
Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work . The site
visit will be held on October 24, 2012 at 10:00 A.M.
at the site, Millhaven Institution, Main Entrance, Highway 33,
Bath, Ontario.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting

attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.
Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded
from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation..
The duration of work is schedule to be completed by MARCH 31,
2013.

cost category:
Between $250,000.00 and $350,000.00
