SCOPE OF WORK
1. Remove existing piping and accessories required to replace
the W.C. (Water Closets)
2. Install new W.C. and clean wall after installation.
3. Install new sanitary piping and adaptors to integrate with
existing sanitary piping
for a complete installation.
4. Reinstall existing flush tube c/w new adaptor to connect to
the new W.C.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Refer to the Special Instructions to Bidders SI01 paragraph 3
(and Appendices 1 and 2) for requirements related to the Code of
Conduct for Procurement.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on 08 January 2013 at 10:00am. at
the site. Interested bidders are to meet at the site, Collins
Bay Institution, Main Entrance, 1455 Bath Rd., Kingston,
Ontario.
The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The
representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site
Visit attendance sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by
Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be
accepted.
Bidders must register with the Contracting Officer, Bob Hassell
at 416-590-8270/ email b••••••••@•••••.••.ca, to confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend, 24 hours prior to the site visit.

Closing date: 17 January 2013, 14:00 HOURS

The duration of work is scheduled for 16 weeks from date of
award.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category:
Between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 (HST extra).
