The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) through National
Policing Services has a requirement for 40,000 DNA Blood
Collection Kits (orders of 20,000 kits) and 2,000 DNA Buccal
Collection Kits (orders of 1,000 kits) for the National DNA Data
Bank (NDDB), as per specifications detailed in the Request for
Proposal.

Delivery to Ottawa, Ontario.

Included in the requirement will be an option to purchase up to
an additional 80,000 DNA Blood Collection Kits (orders of up to
40,000 kits per year), 4,000 DNA Buccal Collection Kits (orders
of up to 2,000 kits per year) at any time within two (2) years
after contract award.

This amendment is raised to extend the bid closing date from
October 21, 2014 to October 28, 2014.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
